Our shipping season begins in Spring, around mid June, and ends around the last week of November or earlier, if we run out of stock! Please do not purchase plants if night time temperatures in your zone, or zones your plant will travel through are less than 45 degrees. We want your special plant to arrive alive. We cannot be held responsible for plants damaged in shipment. Thank You.
Orders are shipped by U.S. Postal Service Priority (Air) Mail. No P.O. Box addresses please. We are totally committed to providing you with a quality product on arrival. Orders are processed in the sequence received. We try to send them out as quickly as possible. Your patience is appreciated.
Plants' are 12 inches or taller, and their roots are established. Plants are carefully labeled and packaged to avoid damage during transit. Cuttings are labeled and wrapped to retain moisture. They are between 6-8" long. Our packing method is well designed to meet the rigors of shipment. Free insurance is always included for all orders with a value up to $50.00. If you feel that my plants, cuttings, or bulbs arrive in a different condition other than described here on my web store, please contact me with photos of plants/cuttings within 24 hours of arrival. We are no less concerned about your plant arriving safely than you are, but we cannot be held responsible for damage in transit. We package responsibly with the hope that the plants we’ve produced will arrive at your door intact and ready to assume their place in your garden. When your plant, cutting, bulb arrives, unpack it quickly, pot it up and administer a drink of water. Place it in a location where it may receive filtered light for a few days before you plant it in it’s permanent location. If your package arrives damaged as a result of rough handling during shipment, please address your complaint to the package carrier. Make sure to take a photograph before you contact the carrier and do not open your package until you have done so. Thank you!

IMPORTANT: Sometimes there may be shortages of popular plants or new introductions. I have a limited supply, and will do my best to keep this store site updated when a certain plant runs out or becomes available. We do not "back-order" plants. Order early to ensure you can buy the plants, cuttings and bulbs you desire. Please note: We grow many different plants, but we don't grow a lot of any one kind. We are unable to supply individual plants in large quantities or sell to wholesale buyers. If we've run out of a favorite variety, please send us an email to inquire about any future availability.
